Peoria is home to the nation's largest
spring training facility-the Peoria Sports Complex. Peoria is one
of the largest cities in Arizona, both in land area and population,
and is only 15 miles northwest of downtown Phoenix. The city itself
covers 117 square miles and is bordered by Glendale and Sun City.
With highs of 107 degrees, the Lake Pleasant Regional Park is
the perfect place to find recreation away from home.
With such wonderful weather and pleasant winters, Peoria residents
love to call this "home."
